The Tivoli Restaurant, Manila, Philippines Pic#6 A bit over-decorated, but it's very nice. Just like other top tier restaurants in Asia, it tries very hard to be authentically western but normally fails short. It's definitely a comfortable setting to enjoy dinner though.
